Reflex Race

Terms of the Reflex Race booth

Version RR-terms-1. For the booth event from 15 October 2026.

العربية

1. The game.

Reflex Race is a free reaction game at the booth. You can play without giving a number.

2. Who runs what.

Buried Games, which built the game, is responsible for your mobile number. It is Buried Games OÜ, registry code 17564681, Ruunaoja tn 3, 11415 Tallinn, Estonia. Zain receives the number. Bak Group runs the booth and is responsible for your name and your rounds while they are at the booth. Buried Games is responsible for your number although it does not keep it: the number stays on the booth's computer until booth staff hand it to Zain. Buried Games sees your data only if booth staff ask it in writing for help with a fault, and it deletes what it received afterwards. After Zain receives the number, Zain is responsible for what it does with it. Zain is outside the European Union, in a country the European Commission has not found to protect personal data as EU law does, so your protection there may be weaker. By ticking the box you agree to give Zain your number knowing this.

3. Your name.

Use your first name or a nickname. It shows on the line, the game screen and the Top 10 board for the whole event. Booth staff may hide a name or remove a player at any time.

4. Your number.

Only players aged 18 or over can give a number, and only by ticking the box. Zain uses it to know which of its customers played. It is never shown on any booth screen. The booth saves the time you ticked the box, and does not check that the number is yours. Booth staff put your number in one file with four details about it: the time you ticked the box, the version of the privacy notice, the language you chose, and a note that the number was not checked. They save the file on a phone, hand it to Zain at the end of the event, and then delete it from the phone.

5. How long.

Every name, number and round is erased from the booth's computer within 30 days after the event ends. Within the same 30 days, booth staff also clear the check-in tablet's browser data and reset its keyboard dictionary, by hand. Zain keeps the numbers for 60 days after the event ends, then deletes them.

6. Changing your mind.

During the event, ask any booth staff member: they delete your number, or your name and number together if you wish. If your name is deleted, your place on the Top 10 board goes too. The results of your rounds stay on the booth's computer, with no name on them, until it is erased. After the event, write to support@buriedgames.com. You have the right to ask to see, correct or delete your data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or with the data protection authority in your country of residence.

7. Scores.

The Top 10 board is for this event only.
